Its also something like eat-crabs-day, since both my parents bought crabs, my mum bought 5, my dad bought 6. CRAB OVERLOAD. haha ok lah, the neighbours were at the receiving end of some excess 5 crabs. It pays to be my neighbour yah.

I remembered eating this back when I was in K1 or K2, my dad would cook this porridge at the stall, keep it in a big pot, fetch me from school and let me have this for lunch. The distinctive crab aroma never failed to whip up the appetite in me before we reached home. Seriously I prefer this over chilli crabs most of the time, perhaps also due to the fact that my dad rarely cooks or eats crabs.

You won't want to know how juicy or meaty this slab of crab is. All I can say is that delicious is pretty much an insulting understatement. Yes its that good.
My dad's friends were here too, and he cooked alot of other stuff, everyone ate heartedly, and I didn't have much time to snap away, just a couple of pics from the start of the dinner.. haha.

Think I should learn more from my dad, he seldom cooks, but when he does, it could probably be something so wonderful you'll die to want to eat it again. Hahaha. No joke.
