Thus, I am pleasantly surprised to find myself indulging on this plate of home-cooked goodness this evening. 姜茺鱼片, otherwise known as stirred fried fish slices with ginger and onion, never fails to whip up the appetite in me. As well as the authentic goodness of 卤猪骨,braised pork ribs, and the sauce! This is one big incentive for me to eat at home!
Hmm, haven't been cooking or trying new dishes lately. The expensive oven which was bought in December has become increasingly akin to a white elephant! (it doesnt help that the oven is white as well) I better maximise the use of this oven, and produce some good roast or something. Turn-spin in the oven is a god-sent!
Oh yes, I thoroughly enjoyed the barbecue at Labrador Park last weekend. 5 of us, Jim, Zijian, Kachee and Claryce. The place, apart from being excessively remote, was a fantastic spot for barbecue, since its just by the sea. The food was just nice and I thought my recipe for grilled squid and stingray is more or less there already! Max! Zj's grilled salt & pepper prawns were crispy as well. Heh. Really enjoyed the food, company and relaxing environment. A must-revisit.

On other notes, yes the games I am looking forward to!!! Haha, Super Paper Mario is out, but I doubt I'll get it this week. If I do, I will confirm + guarantee + chop neglect all my work. ><"
Yes and lastly I have to post this. I wonder how extreme gamers like this guy in the video can go. I am also playing this very very very very very very (I cannot stress how very fun this game is) game on my Nintendo DS (Dual-screen) called Ossu! Tatakae! Ouendan! This video is the replay of the game's last stage on the insane mode. I couldn't even complete this stage on the normal mode!! For the record, there's Easy, Normal, Hard and Insane mode. This guy here is PRO.
Cool right? This song, Ready Steady Go, (which you should have heard by now) also happens to be one of the themes for Full Metal Alchemist (great anime, must watch!) Its soooo fantastically catchy.
Sigh, back to preparing some notes, and watch Manu OWN (hopefully) Roma in a while. Weekend please come quick... Ciao!
