Haven't seen much new gameplay from Daigo since Evo, and as usual he showed why he's the Beast with his usual agressive and psyshic reading of his opponents. What I want to emphasize is, that going 0-2 down and your opponent so close to winning a best of 5 tournament, most of us would have been probably too demoralised to go on. But no, not Daigo and his Ryu. Unfortunately he's up against this excellent Dhalsim, who outplayed him in the very last match. Epic battle.
Wouldn't it be the most awesome job in the world to be a competitive gamer? You fly around to take part in tournaments, do a side job such as being a nurse (yes Daigo works as a nurse when he's not playing in tournaments back in Tokyo) and of course just to really have fun against fellow players? Oh well, doesn't that sound like a footballing career too (save the side job part)? Life's just unfair isn't it?
