I've been leading a very unhealthy lifestyle recently, waking up early, taking afternoon naps lasting 3 or 4 hours, stretching past dinner time, eating late dinners/suppers before the z-monster strikes again. It doesn't help that my mum keeps stocking easily accessible goodies.
For instance, a piece of nice batung in the fridge is turned into my preferred curry..

And yes, one of my favourite vegetables, szechuan chai!! Together with pork belly slices, this 'spring loaded' crunchy greeny is a joy to feast on!!
