I guess this will be the latest/earliest post I'll ever pen down, but on a windy and moonlit night like this, driving down PIE at 3am having just had supper with some of your best pals leaves much for one to think about.
School's been good so far, the students are pretty nice, and I really enjoy leading life in school again, though from a different perspective. Some things never change, just like good old morning assemblys, cheap and good canteen food.
Had a bbq with my jc classmates, was fun catching up with friends you haven't seen or heard from in 2 yrs, trying to keep each other updated on how one another are doing, though apart from talking and playing cards, (and food of course) there wasn't much else to be done.
Since King came back from HK, it was like a top priority to meet him. It was also great to be able to get HT too, since he's leaving for Australia next month. Jiale, bilu, king, ht and myself, sitting in Al Azzar having supper at 1am, all the way till 3, talking alot of things, reminiscing good old seconday school days, it was extremely enjoyable. Somehow, as everyone starts to lead increasingly different lives, it seems inevitable that friends may no longer be able to catch up as often they had wish they could in the past. The thought of arranging a subsequent meeting between King, who will be in HK, and HT, who will be in Australia, would seem like Mission Impossible, and I really cannot help but to think of the phrase 'May we meet again'. Yes, MSN can help one another keep in touch, though words and emoticons, but nothing beats having hearty chats in person.
'Everybody's changing' is the best describes how I feel now.
