shirking in progress

amidst the list of new messages found in my inbox today, of which most were praising or cursing Paul the octopus, this mail takes the cake. my project mate is extremely helpful when it comes to reminding me to do my work, while she should also take some time to reflect on the fact that she hasn't done hers. HAHAHA. if we do not get it done by the time we get our asses on that flight to shanghai, i doubt we'll be able to hand in and graduate come next may. compared to the rest of our cohort, most who have just started researching on their topics, we are two very lucky individuals going for a 'dream' overseas internship.

speaking of which, its exactly 13 days to departure. let's see... accommodation - unsettled. visa - uncollected. luggage - unpacked. truth be told, totally unprepared for the trip. but as always, will be done, must be done.

i am trying to be excited for the trip. fingers crossed.
